After first meeting Jon at J I W Bespoke Carpentry we knew that he was the right one for the job. He was very friendly, honest and easy to get along with. He even asked us a few questions we hadn't even considered and helped us overcome a small hurdle shortly after starting the work. Our oak flooring is exactly as we asked and he went above and beyond throughout to make sure we were on the same page . Every day he was clean, tidy cheery and professional. Worked with JIW on a recent client job and was very impressed with their quality and can-do attitude. Next they did a fantastic job installing my new front door. Proper solid hardwood for less than one of those composite efforts! All installed with great accuracy and top quality. Pricing very reasonable too.

Brilliant job at replacing my garden fence! Looks much better and much more reliable. The job was started and finished in a day too which I was very impressed about! Will be calling again for future jobs
